The ACT Spin 3 meeting will be held at Florida Institute of Technology/Harris Institute for Assured Information at 150 W. University Blvd., Melbourne, FL on December 9, 2015.  The Spin meeting will likely run from 8:30-4:30, so participants should arrive on the evening of 8 December and plan on leaving either in the evening of 9 December or the morning of 10 December.   We will post the draft agenda shortly to enable participants to make their travel arrangements.
