Mubark Jedh received the B.S. degree from Northern Illinois University, USA, in 2017, and the M.S. degree from Iowa State University, USA, in 2020, where he is finishing out his Ph.D. degree, and recently defended his thesis.

 

 

Dr. Lotfi ben Othmane is an Associate Clinical professor at the University of North Texas and the founder of Brainsoft. Previously, he was a Teaching Assistant Professor at Iowa State University, a Research Scientist and then the Head of the Secure Software Engineering department at Fraunhofer Secure Information Technology, Germany, and a Posdoc at Eindhoven University of Technology, The Netherlands. Dr. Ben Othmane received his Ph.D. from Western Michigan University (WMU), USA, in 2010; the M.S. in computer science from University of Sherbrooke, Canada, in 2000; and the B.S in information systems from the university of Sfax, Tunisia, in 1995. He works on software security for cyber-physical systems.

Arun K. Somani received M.S.E.E. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from McGill University, Montreal, QC, Canada, in 1983 and 1985, respectively. He was a Faculty Member with the University of Washington, Seattle, WA, USA, from 1985 to 1997. He is currently a Distinguished Professor and Senior Associate Dean in the College of Engineering at with Iowa State University. Dr. Somani’s research interests are in the areas of parallel and fault-tolerant computer systems and interconnection network design, wavelength-division-multiplexing-based optical networking, and hardware-aware neural architecture design. He served as an IEEE Distinguished Visitor, an IEEE Distinguished Tutorial Speaker, and an IEEE Communication Society Distinguished Visitor. He delivered several keynote speeches and tutorials, and distinguished and invited talks all over the world. He is a Life Fellow of the IEEE for his contributions to the theory and applications of computer networks, a Distinguished Engineer of the ACM, and a fellow of the AAAS."
